Spend shows up allocated by service, team, project, and account, with a day-over-day trend and a like-for-like comparison against the previous period.
Know what to do
Real recommendations pulled from each provider's own API — AWS Cost Explorer's rightsizing and Savings Plans recommendations, GCP's Active Assist Recommender, Azure Advisor — plus orphaned/idle resource detection (unattached volumes, idle IPs, forgotten disks) that those tools don't always catch. Every recommendation is ranked by £/month impact, not alphabetically. Do I need to connect a cloud account to try it?
No. Every new account comes preloaded with a full sample multi-cloud bill — the same dashboards, breakdowns, and recommendations shown above — so you can explore everything before connecting anything. A banner in the app makes clear it's playground data until you connect a real cloud account.
What access does Spenflo need to my cloud accounts?
Read-only billing access only. For AWS that's an IAM role scoped to Cost Explorer — no permission to launch, stop, modify, or delete anything. GCP and Azure connections are equally read-only on billing/cost data.
Is my cloud data encrypted?
Yes — cloud credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, passwords are hashed, every request runs over HTTPS, and each customer's data is isolated at the database query layer.
Do you support GCP and Azure, or just AWS?
All three, from day one. Spenflo is built cloud-agnostic on purpose — the whole point is knowing your bill regardless of which cloud it's on.
What happens after I connect my free account?
Nothing you didn't ask for. The free plan stays free, permanently, with one connected cloud account and no card on file. You only pay if you choose to upgrade.
